We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our wedding company and drive sales through outbound calling. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their wedding requirements, presenting our wedding planning and event services, and converting qualified leads into appointments and confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with families and couples, and have a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads generated through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and other sources. Understand the client's wedding date, venue, guest count, budget, requirements, and expectations. Clearly explain our wedding planning, décor, catering, entertainment, venue, and other event services.

Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and purchase intent. Convert leads into sales appointments, consultations, and site visits. Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/lead management system. Build a strong relationship with prospective clients and provide a premium customer experience from the first interaction. Achieve monthly calling, appointment, conversion, and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the wedding planning and operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients. Keep track of competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.



What We’re Looking For Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Confident and skilled telephone manner. Sales-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving targets. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads. Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, hospitality, real estate, luxury retail, events, or wedding services will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
