Telecaller Location: Pahse 8B, Mohali Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher / Experienced Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Follow up with customers through calls and messages when required.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/English. Confident and polite telephone manner. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
