Location: Patna, Bihar (On-site) Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift) Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply) Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 / month High Sales Commission/Incentives Job Role & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads generated through online advertising. Pitch real estate residential and commercial properties to clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable land, flat, or commercial projects.

Schedule site visits for potential buyers with our field sales team. Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into site visits and sales. Maintain clean daily caller logs and lead details in Excel/CRM software.

RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi (Knowledge of English is a plus).



Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and real estate.

Prior experience in real estate telesales, banking, or BPO is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills welcome).

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
