Responsibilities -

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into opportunities.

- Explain company products/services clearly and address client queries effectively.

- Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and relationship building.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and query resolution.

- Maintain call records, lead status, and updates in CRM or Excel.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.





- Ensure skilled and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements

Qualification:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in telecalling, or client coordination roles.

- Graduation

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling).

- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
