- Tamil Telecaller – Job Portal App

- Role: Sales Operations / Enablement

- We are looking for a highly motivated Tamil Telesales Executive to drive sales for a job portal app.

- The candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers and employers, pitching paid services/subscriptions, and converting leads into customers through effective communication.

- Drive revenue through telesales activities while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, including job seekers and employers.

- Pitch and sell premium services and subscription plans of the job portal.

- Explain product features, pricing, and perks clearly in Tamil.

- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

- Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.

- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.





- Maintain high conversion rates and productivity.

- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers.

- Stay updated on product features and market trends.

Required Skills

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass / Diploma.

- Freshers or candidates with telesales experience can apply.

- Experience in SaaS, job portals, or BPO sales is an added advantage.
