We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to connect with customers after their purchase and ensure they have had a good experience with our products and services.

The role involves speaking with customers, collecting feedback, resolving basic queries and encouraging satisfied customers to share their experience through the appropriate feedback channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing customers after purchase
- Check customer satisfaction with the product and overall experience
- Collect customer feedback in a polite and professional manner
- Guide customers on how they can share their feedback online
- Follow up with customers wherever required
- Record call outcomes and customer responses accurately
- Escalate product or service concerns to the concerned team




- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
- Meet assigned calling and customer engagement targets

Who We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English ( Compulsory )
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Polite, patient and convincing communication style
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales or customer relationship roles is preferred
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
