About The Role

We are looking for Client in Lubricant Industry.

What you'll do

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Generate leads and coordinate with potential customers
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and services
- Maintain customer database and daily calling reports
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Explain company products and services effectively
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of Telecalling or Telesales
- Candidates with lubricant industry experience will be preferred
- Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong follow-up and client handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
