Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information. Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and other relevant details.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Schedule appointments/demos when required.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain skilled communication with customers. Coordinate with the sales/management team for lead conversion.

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and polite telephone manner. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English. Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications. Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous telecalling/sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
