Frontier Jewellers Exclusive is looking for a mature, smart and well-presented Customer Relationship Executive to build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued customers.

This is not a routine telecalling job. The role is about understanding customers, staying connected with them, creating meaningful engagement and ensuring that our relationship with them continues beyond their showroom visit or purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Personally connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, purchase interests and requirements.
- Follow up with customers in a thoughtful and personalised manner rather than through routine sales calls.
- Keep customers informed about relevant new collections, special occasions, events and exclusive offers.
- Encourage and facilitate showroom visits through personalised customer engagement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with key and high-value customers.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and personalised customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up records.
- Handle customer communication with maturity, warmth, discretion and professionalism.





Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
- Mature, intelligent and confident
- Smart, presentable and professional in personality
- Excellent at building conversations and relationships
- Naturally warm and comfortable interacting with people
- Good at understanding customer needs and preferences
- Patient, well-mannered and capable of handling premium customers
- Strong in Hindi and English communication
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM/customer databases and basic computer applications
- Experienced in customer relationship management, luxury retail, hospitality, banking, jewellery or similar premium customer-facing roles

Experience and maturity matter more than just calling experience. We are looking for someone who understands that customer relationships are built through the quality of interaction, personal attention and consistent follow-up.

Compensation

Salary: No bar for the right candidate.

For a deserving candidate with the right experience, maturity, communication skills and personality, compensation will not be a constraint.

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
