We are looking for a professional and client-focused Telecaller Cum Receptionist to manage enquiries, appointment bookings, lead follow-ups, front-desk activities, and client coordination. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Coordination

- Welcome clients professionally and manage front-desk activities
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Register current clients and maintain accurate contact and appointment details
- Coordinate consultations and treatments with doctors, cosmetologists, and therapists
- Manage appointment schedules, client flow, waiting times, and follow-up visits
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and general clinic enquiries
- Assist with billing, payment collection, receipts, treatment packages, and session records
- Maintain client files, consent forms, treatment schedules, and confidentiality
- Handle client feedback and basic concerns politely and escalate them when required
- Keep the reception area clean, organised,



and presentable
- Submit daily enquiry, appointment, follow-up, collection, and conversion reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in telecalling, reception, customer service, clinic, salon, wellness, or healthcare is preferred
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, appointment-booking, and client-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, billing software, or CRM tools
- Ability to manage both telephone enquiries and front-desk responsibilities
- Comfortable working with appointment and conversion targets
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, patience, and telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments is an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication and client-handling skills may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
