- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain solar products and services, including Solar Panels and Rooftop Solutions.
- Generate recent leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update CRM/Excel with accurate call and lead data.
