Key Responsibilities

- Handle client calls and lead enquiries.

- Follow up regularly with prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and share suitable property details.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits.

- Follow up after site visits and assist with bookings.

- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.

- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales preferred.

- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp & Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
