We are hiring an enthusiastic, energetic Telecalling Executive to manage parent outreach from the office. You will place outbound calls to prospective parents, present our educational offerings, schedule campus visits, and convert inquiries into admissions to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective parents from school lead lists and introduce our programs.

- Resolve parent queries, highlight school features, and guidance to admissions..

- Schedule and coordinate campus visits for interested parents.

- Maintain call logs and follow up regularly with potential leads.

Key Requirements

- Skills: Clear communication, active listening, and a polite, energetic phone manner.

- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or counseling preferred (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
