Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on property leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update all lead details in CRM.
- Explain project details, offers and property specifications to customers.
- Schedule 2–3 customer/site visits per week.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for successful conversions.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer relationships.
Performance Target:
- Minimum 80 connected calls per day
- 2–3 site visits per week
- Regular CRM updates and follow-ups are mandatory.
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Fresher & experienced candidates can apply.
- Target-oriented and confident personality preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
