A leading jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler in Chandni Chowk, Delhi is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join the team.

We are looking for someone who has experience in the jewellery industry and is comfortable speaking with customers on calls.

This might be for you if:

- You have 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales in the jewellery industry.
- You speak Hindi and English well.
- You are confident talking to customers on calls.
- You have experience handling customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- You can explain jewellery products clearly.
- You are comfortable making regular calls and following up with customers.
- You can keep track of customer details and follow-ups.
- You are comfortable working with calling and sales targets.

What You’ll Do:

- Call existing and current customers.




- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Answer customer questions about jewellery products.
- Understand what customers are looking for.
- Share product details with interested customers.
- Keep records of calls and follow-ups.
- Help convert leads into sales.

Before you apply:

- 6 days a week | In-office
- Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
- 1–3 years of jewellery industry experience required
- Telecalling or telesales experience required
- Hindi and English required
- Daily travel to Chandni Chowk is required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
