Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Upselling

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 6 Month - 1 Year

Location: Near Ghevra Metro Station

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle sales and upselling of our product “Dev Pran Pratistha.” The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert customer inquiries and follow-ups into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Dev Pran Pratistha.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or offerings.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, telesales, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer conversion.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in product sales and upselling.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based goals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
