Role Overview

We are looking for a Patient Experience Executive to manage and enhance the overall patient journey fromconsultation to post-treatment follow-up. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for patients andcoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their healthcare journey.

● Coordinate with doctors, clinical, diagnostics, insurance, and operations teams.

● Assist with appointments, treatment planning, admissions, procedures, discharge, and follow-ups.

● Address and resolve patient queries and concerns professionally and within defined timelines.

● Conduct regular patient follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of issues.

● Educate patients regarding procedures, documentation, and care protocols.

● Collect and track patient feedback and contribute towards improving NPS/CSAT and patient satisfaction.





● Maintain accurate patient records and interactions on CRM/EMR systems.

● Ensure a high level of empathy, professionalism, and patient-centric service.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in Patient Experience, Patient Coordination, Healthcare Operations, HospitalAdministration, or Customer Experience.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

● Empathetic, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

● Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹8,657.88 - ₹30,000.00 per month
