Namma Expert PU College is expanding its Admissions Team and we are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our team.

Position: Telecaller – Admissions

Location: Chitradurga, Karnataka

Employment: Full-time

Openings: 4

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Qualification: Graduate / PUC

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming admission enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Explain our PU Science, JEE & NEET Integrated Programs
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course information
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper follow-up records
- Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments
- Coordinate with Admission Counsellors and PROs
- Convert enquiries into campus visits, applications and admissions
- Maintain daily call and lead reports
- Achieve monthly calling and admission conversion targets





What We Are Looking For ✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✅ Kannada and English communication is mandatory

✅ Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage

✅ Confident while speaking with parents and students

✅ Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

✅ Target-oriented and energetic approach

✅ Basic computer/CRM knowledge

✅ Prior experience in education, admissions, telecalling, counselling or sales will be preferred
