- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and students.

- Respond to inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.

- Explain courses, programs, fees, offers, and admission processes clearly.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, budget, and enrollment intent.

- Maintain and regularly update lead/customer records in CRM.

- Schedule counselling sessions, demos, appointments, or callbacks.

- Convert qualified leads into enrolments/admissions by effectively addressing concerns.

- Handle objections related to fees, course structure, timing, competition, and alternatives.

- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for high-intent leads.

- Maintain daily call records,



follow-up status, and conversion reports.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Ensure timely follow-up so that no qualified lead is missed.

- Build a positive relationship with prospects and provide a qualified customer experience.

- Stay updated about courses, batches, schedules, offers, and admission policies.

- Share regular feedback with the team regarding lead quality, objections, and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,286.86 per month
