We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Thudiyalur, Coimbatore.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact leads, understand their requirements, explain our digital marketing and AI courses, follow up with interested candidates, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Explain IRDM's digital marketing and AI courses clearly to prospective students.
- Understand the learner's career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Share course syllabus, duration, fees, advantages and enrollment details.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Update lead status and daily calling reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and enrollment targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the training/admissions team when required.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
- Willingness to speak with students and job seekers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling, counselling, sales or admissions experience is an advantage.
