Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller/Customer Relationship Exective (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, follow-ups, handling queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system.




- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support sales activities and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
