Telecaller 3 Positions

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Source leads using IndiaMART, Google, CRM tool and other available databases.

- Carefully research, sort and maintain the lead database.

- Regularly update customer and lead information in Excel.

- Follow up with potential customers and understand their requirements.

- Coordinate with the sales team and pass on qualified leads.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

- Excellent Excel skills and strong database management skills are essential.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Should be organised, proactive and comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Languages: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Hindi
