nSenior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead with strong Cloud experience, responsible for hands-on

ndevelopment, technical leadership, design, integration, and delivery across multiple products and

nplatforms. This role requires strong and balanced expertise across backend and frontend technologies,

nwith the ability to guide development teams and take ownership of end-to-end technical solutions.

nMandatory Skills

n Backend & Frontend (Equal Depth Required): Strong and balanced hands-on experience in backend

nand frontend development.

n Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA; RESTful services; Microservices architecture.

n Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

n Ability to develop end-to-end solutions spanning UI, services, integrations, and data layers.

n Cloud & Platform: AWS – Mandatory.

n Experience building cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications.

n Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture patterns.

n Mobile Application Development: Experience in mobile application development.

n Exposure to VOIP-based mobile applications is a strong advantage.

n Strong understanding of mobile-backend integration, performance, and security considerations.

n Caching & Performance: Distributed caching / in-memory data grids (Hazel cast or equivalent).

n Experience developing high-performance and scalable applications.

n Databases: PostgreSQL preferred; strong expertise in SQL databases and data modeling.

n Deployment & DevOps Exposure: Docker, Tomcat, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines and automated

ndeployment strategies.

n Experience with application monitoring, logging, alerting, performance monitoring, and production

nobservability practices

n Security & Compliance:



Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and

ncompliance.

n Open Source: Exposure to open-source frameworks, tools, and libraries across the application stack.

nRequired Development & Technical Leadership Skills

n Strong experience in end-to-end full stack application development.

n Solid hands-on experience in technical design and solution development.

n Proven experience preparing, reviewing, and contributing to High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low

nLevel Designs (LLDs).

n Experience designing and integrating applications with external systems and third-party platforms.

n Ability to work with and standardize appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, development

npatterns, and coding standards.

n Experience evaluating and recommending third-party and open-source tools to improve

nperformance, scalability, and maintainability.

n Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.

n Strong code review, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical problem-solving skills.

n Exposure to ABDM integration is good to have.

n Exposure to Healthcare applications is good to have.

n Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

nRoles and Responsibilities

n Lead and contribute to the development of end-to-end full stack applications across multiple

nproducts and platforms.

n Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud

ndevelopment teams.





n Translate business and programming requirements into secure, scalable, and cloud-native technical

nsolutions.

n Own technical design and development documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, integration diagrams,

nand technical artefacts.

n Design and review REST APIs, service interfaces, integration patterns, data exchange mechanisms,

nerror handling, and service-to-service communication

n Review technical designs and ensure implementation aligns with agreed technical solutions and

ncoding standards.

n Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, GRPC and

nMicroservices.

n Develop frontend applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

n Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems.

n Review code and deliverables to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

n Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex production issues and drive

npermanent corrective actions

n Guide developers on coding practices, design approaches, debugging, and technical problem solving.

n Work with AWS and DevOps teams to support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release activities.

n Drive and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate technical approaches and technology choices.

n Identify and recommend improvements to existing applications and implementations.

n Provide technical estimation, effort assessment, dependency identification, and technical planning

nfor new features and initiatives

n Establish and promote best practices for performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and

ndeployment.

n Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions within project

ntimelines
