Role Description As a Technical Writer intern at CosmoQuick, you will support the creation, organization, and maintenance of clear and accurate documentation for our platform and internal processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will draft user guides, help articles, FAQs, and process manuals, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer support teams to gather information and clarify technical details.

You will revise and update existing documentation to improve structure, consistency, and accessibility for both technical and non-technical audiences. This internship is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable communication and proactive collaboration with distributed team members.



You will also contribute to documentation standards and best practices, helping ensure that all materials support a smooth user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in technical writing and technical communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
- Experience or coursework in technical documentation and manuals, including organizing content logically and maintaining version control.
- Ability to create and maintain various documentation formats, such as user guides, process documentation, and online help resources.
- Attention to detail, strong editing and proofreading abilities, and a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and interviewing subject matter experts to gather information.
- Proficiency with common documentation tools (e.g., word processors, team-oriented platforms, or wiki-based systems); familiarity with basic HTML or markdown is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
