? We’re Expanding Our Search: Technical US IT Recruiter – Government Projects

Peer Consulting Resources Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical US IT Recruiter who understands the unique demands of recruiting for U.S. State, Federal, and Local Government clients .

This is not a general IT recruitment position. We are specifically seeking someone with hands-on experience sourcing and placing technical professionals for government or public-sector requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Proven experience supporting government or public-sector clients
- Strong understanding of government hiring processes, compliance requirements, work authorizations, and candidate eligibility
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to recruit for niche technical roles and work on multiple time-sensitive requirements




- Strong candidate screening, rate negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer acceptance, and onboarding
- Build and maintain solid pipelines of qualified technical candidates
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand requirements and deliver timely, high-quality submissions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in CEIPAL
- Build lasting candidate relationships and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
