Position: Production Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities

-
Oversee and manage all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
- Monitor conductor manufacturing processes such as wire drawing, stranding, bunching, and annealing to meet quality and output standards.
- Allocate manpower, plan machine loading, and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Troubleshoot process or machine-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and quality guidelines throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and communicate shift-wise performance and issues to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance,



and Stores teams to achieve daily production targets and reduce downtime.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of wire drawing, stranding, and conductor production processes.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and handle shift operations independently.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
