General Purpose of the Position:

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality programs
and policies. Responsible for comprehensive planning, organization, direction,
and control of all aspects of welding project execution to ensure safe, timely,
and cost-effective delivery. This role requires solid leadership of project
teams, effective coordination with clients, and strict adherence to safety
regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications.

Responsible for and actively manages IGS field services personnel and
communications with clients while building and maintaining interpersonal
relationships. To implement resource plan, mobilization, project safety,
personnel, equipment, material control, project documentation and reporting.
Support customer relations and communication, scope and quality management,
demobilization,



and post project review for Metal Spray, weld overlay,
mechanical or LPA filtration projects from a site location within the quoted
time and budget. Understand IGS products and service offerings and how they
relate to solving metal wastage problems for customer equipment and processes,
support growth of strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include implementing resource planning, workforce
mobilization, site safety protocols, personnel and equipment management,
material control, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.
The Project Supervisor also supports client communication and relationship
management, ensures scope compliance and quality assurance, oversees project
demobilization, and conducts post-project reviews - all within the approved
