About the RoleMudita is looking for a Technical Support & Systems Specialist to support our internal team, clients, coaches, and technology systems.

The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting software and system-related issues, managing documentation and SOPs, assisting with software setups and integrations, and supporting technical training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for GoHighLevel (GHL) and other software platforms used by Mudita.
- Conduct 1:1 technical support calls with clients and coaches.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system operations.
- Create, maintain, and update SOPs, software knowledge bases, and technical documentation.
- Train internal team members on software tools and processes.
- Deliver technical training and onboarding sessions during client bootcamps and workshops.
- Assist with software setup, integrations, automations, and process optimization.




- Support the implementation and ongoing management of technology systems used by the organization.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Contribute to improving systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software platforms and technology systems.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
- Understanding of software integrations, automations, and system setups.
- Solid communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to create and maintain clear SOPs and technical documentation.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and internal team members.
- Strong ownership, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
