Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift Weekly Off: Rotational Weekoffs

Eligibility: • Minimum
6 months of experience in an
International Voice Process. •
Technical Support experience is mandatory. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
