nn Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

n Shift: Night Shift

n Weekly Off: Rotational Weekoffs

nnPlease note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.

nn Eligibility:

n• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

n• Technical Support experience is mandatory.

n• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

n• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

nn Key Responsibilities:

n• Provide technical assistance to international customers.

n• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.

n• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
