? Location : Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai

? Experience: Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support

? Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

? Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✅ Hands-on experience handling US customer calls

✅ Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses & troubleshooting

✅ Ability to handle multiple calls and technical issues efficiently

✅ Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts
