Role Description The Technical Service Engineer will provide in office technical services, support, and troubleshooting for conveyor systems, coolant filtration equipment, and integrated scrap and chip management solutions at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and commissioning equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and recommending solutions to ensure reliable system performance.

The role involves responding to service requests,



conducting root-cause analysis, preparing service reports, and coordinating with engineering, production, and sales teams to resolve customer concerns. The engineer will interact directly with customers to explain technical findings, provide operational guidance, and support upgrades or modifications that improve productivity and equipment uptime. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, requiring regular visits to customer facilities and shop floors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with hands-on experience in industrial machinery or material handling systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, prepare service documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline; experience in manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial automation is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety standards; willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and work on shop floors.
- Experience with conveyors, coolant filtration systems, CNC machine shop environments, or similar industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
