We are looking for an experienced Technical Service & Development Manager with strong expertise in formulation, application development, technical service and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Support lubricant, MWF and grease formulation & application development.
- Conduct customer trials, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Identify new applications, customers and business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams and international principals.
- Convert technical trials and opportunities into commercial business.
- Track market trends,



competitor products and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile:

- 6–10+ years of relevant experience in lubricants, MWF, greases, lubricant additives or specialty chemicals.
- Strong formulation and application knowledge.
- Customer-facing experience with R&D;/formulation teams.
- Robust communication, technical and commercial skills.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Engineering/Chemical Technology or M.Sc./M.Tech. in Chemistry or related field.
