Role

- Engineer – Technical Sales /n Location - Mumbai /n Required Exp :
- 2-5 years /n Education - BE /n KRA's:
- /n Will be responsible to handle SEA and Russia Market /n To ensure technical sales support for the organisation. /n /n
- Generates and processes recent client quotations as per client URS and submission of offers using the Sales tool.

/n

- Driving the sales process and ensuring adherence to Defined SLA for support.

/n

- Payment collection for Advances, Dispatch and retention and updating the reports

/n

- Coordination with Cross-functional teams for getting desired information for the projects.

/n

- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary document

/n /n Work Experience Requirements: /n /n





- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate

/n

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

/n

- Must have worked on sales tools like CRM/ Salesforce

/n

- Conversant with ERP

/n /n Specific Soft Skills Desired /n /n

- Excellent communication skills
