Role

- Engineer – Technical Sales Location - Mumbai Required Exp :
- 2-5 years Education - BE KRA's:
- Will be responsible to handle SEA and Russia Market To ensure technical sales support for the organisation.
- Generates and processes current client quotations as per client URS and submission of offers using the Sales tool.
- Driving the sales process and ensuring adherence to Defined SLA for support.
- Payment collection for Advances, Dispatch and retention and updating the reports
- Coordination with Cross-functional teams for getting desired information for the projects.
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary document Work Experience Requirements:




- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Must have worked on sales tools like CRM/ Salesforce
- Conversant with ERP Specific Soft Skills Desired - Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
