Open Positions
We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our sales organization:
1. Sales Trainee/Junior Sales Executive
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Education: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical), BSc (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics), or relevant technical background
- Responsibilities
- Learn product specifications and applications
- Assist senior executives in client visits and demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and technical documentation
- Maintain sales records and client databases
- Support telemarketing initiatives
2. Field Engineer/Sales Executive
- Experience: 1-3 years in technical sales or related field
- Education: Diploma/BSc/BE/BTech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical/Materials Engineering
- Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site technical surveys and requirement assessments
- Provide application-specific product recommendations
- Prepare technical proposals and follow up with clients
- Develop relationships with maintenance teams and plant engineers
- Achieve assigned sales targets for designated territory
3. Senior Sales Executive/Sales Engineer
- Experience: 3-5 years in industrial products sales
- Education: Diploma/BSc/BE/BTech in relevant engineering discipline
- Responsibilities
- Independently manage key accounts and develop recent business
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
- Analyze market trends and competition
- Mentor junior team members
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
4. Area Sales Manager
- Experience: 5+ years with demonstrated success in industrial sales
- Education: Diploma/BSc/BE/BTech in relevant technical field with preference for MBA/PGDM
- Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales team for assigned region
- Establish strategic relationships with key decision makers
- Create and implement territory business development plans
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvements
- Conduct regular client reviews and problem resolution
- Budget management and forecasting
