Job Summary

Assistara Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Technical Sales Executives for its US PPC Process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of relevant sales experience, with strong preference given to candidates having experience in Printer and Antivirus Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US customers through voice-based sales interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products and solutions.
- Sell printers, antivirus solutions, software, computer hardware, and related IT products.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Handle customer objections and drive sales closure.
- Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow defined sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Sales / US Sales.




- Prior experience in Printer Sales and Antivirus Sales is highly preferred and will be a key selection criterion.
- Candidates with experience in IT products, computer hardware/software, cybersecurity, or technical solutions will be preferred.
- Experience handling US customers or working in an international voice process is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
