Roljack Asia Limited is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery and equipment, serving customers across India and international markets. We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our sales team in Udaipur.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer who can understand customer requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, prepare quotations, and drive sales of our industrial machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, customer-handling ability, and willingness to travel for business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machinery/equipment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, references, online leads, and field visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial information.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with the production, design, service, and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
- Visit customer sites for requirement analysis, discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.




- Maintain regular records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, installation, and after-sales support.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales / Machinery Sales / B2B Sales.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Good understanding of engineering products, machinery, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
