Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Ludhiana/Mohali /Gurgaon/Noida.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their engineering and manufacturing needs, and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/KBE/RE solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and following up on opportunities to drive sales growth. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support,



resolving product-related queries, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementations.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will maintain detailed customer records, contribute to sales forecasts, and support marketing activities such as technical seminars and industry events.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
- Experience in Sales, including pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building with industrial clients.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE and related tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in office, visit customer locations, and collaborate effectively with sales and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and productivity software.
- Prior experience in industrial or engineering solution sales is an advantage.
