Sales Engineer – Field Sales

- Conduct 100% field sales activities across Chennai’s industrial areas.

- Visit customer sites daily and generate new business opportunities.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical solutions to customers.

- Build customer relationships and manage sales opportunities independently.

- Handle business development, negotiations, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

- Attend regular visits to industrial estates and customer locations using your own two-wheeler.

- Undergo training on products, sales processes, and customer handling.

- Grow into independently managing customer accounts across Chennai’s industrial belt.

Requirements

- Freshers only (0–1 year); prior sales experience is not required.

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,



or Instrumentation.

- Currently residing in Chennai and able to join within 2 weeks.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

- Comfortable communicating with customers in Tamil and English.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Comfortable with 75% travel / daily field visits.

- Willing to work in a 100% field-based role.

- Training Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month.

- Pay: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month + commission/incentives.
