Timings- 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
- Work on US IT positions such Network Engineers, Desktop Support and Infrastructure roles.




- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within timelines.
- Maintain candidate information in excel sheet

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and US job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
