Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining a robust candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including developers,

designers, QA, and other IT profiles.

● Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, internal referrals, and other hiring platforms.

● Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and virtual interviews to assess technical understanding, communication skills, and cultural fit.

● Coordinate with technical and business teams to schedule interviews and align hiring requirements.

● Maintain and manage candidate data using CRM/ATS software and ensure accurate documentation.

● Draft and send professional recruitment-related emails including interview invites,

follow-ups, and offer communications.

● Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality and compliance with hiring standards.





● Support candidate onboarding activities including documentation coordination and joining formalities.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.

● Handle internal employee referral programs and ensure smooth referral hiring processes.

● Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring status reports.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

● Hands-on experience with interview scheduling, screening, and virtual hiring processes.

● Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

● Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies.

● Ability to multitask, meet hiring deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational and data management skills.
