Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and US work authorization categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, availability, and work authorization.
- Recruit candidates for various IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and other technologies.
- Handle different US work authorization categories such as US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Robust understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience working with job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skills.
- Knowledge of US work authorization and employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening technical candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Vendors.
- Strong understanding of US IT market trends.
- Experience handling high-volume technical recruitment.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
