ROLE: TECHNICAL PROPOSAL & CONTENT WRITER (JUNIOR / ASSOCIATE)KEY DELIVERABLES

- Daily written output required
- Turn meetings and technical notes into finalized documents every day.
- Write white papers and technical blogs
- Draft clear, deeply technical content, not superficial overviews.
- Use short, linked sentences
- Structure arguments with tight logic and zero fluff.
- Embed custom charts and diagrams
- Build 2x2 matrices, scatter plots, 5-factor models, and infographics directly into documents.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 to 5 years technical writing experience
- Proven track record with engineering or research content.
- B.Tech or B.E. degree
- Strong, active grasp of core engineering, physics, and math.
- 85%+ marks in Class 10 and 12
- Minimum 85% required; 90%+ preferred.
- Pyramid Principle and deductive logic
- Must write using Situation-Complication-Resolution frameworks.
- Hard-tech knowledge beyond AI
- Solid grasp of semiconductors, batteries, EVs, and quantum mechanics.

COMPENSATION & UPSIDE

- Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 per month
- Fixed monthly budget for this level.
- Fast track for multi-client ownership
- Pay increases quickly once you handle multiple accounts independently.
