Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager / Head of Delivery with 10–15 years of end-to-end delivery management experience across enterprise- scale software and digital transformation programs. This role is responsible for owning the delivery lifecycle — from program planning, resource management, and execution governance to client engagement and P&L; alignment. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery excellence, mitigate risks and ensure that strategic outcomes are met across iTCart’s verticals.

You are not just a manager — you are a delivery leader, systems thinker, team builder, and a stakeholder translator who drives execution clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

· Own and govern the successful delivery of multiple parallel projects across BFSI, Insure Tech, HealthTech, and Real Estate domains.

· Set up scalable delivery frameworks (Agile, Protected, Hybrid) suited to client needs and solution complexity.

· Manage the delivery roadmap and backlog across cross-functional teams

— developers, testers, designers, analysts.

Project Governance & Execution

· Develop integrated project plans, track KPIs (velocity, cost, quality, time),



and drive milestone accountability.

· Define and enforce delivery standards, risk management frameworks, change control processes and release governance.

· Build and lead PMO practices for reporting, compliance and escalation handling.

Stakeholder Management

· Engage with CXO-level clients, business heads and product stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business strategy.

· Maintain transparency and trust through structured reporting, steering meetings, and proactive communication.

· Act as the voice of delivery in executive conversations and business-critical reviews.

Team Leadership & Capacity Planning

· Coach and lead project managers, scrum masters and tech leads to build high-performing delivery pods.

· Optimize resourcing models across geographies (onsite-offshore-hybrid) and verticals.

· Drive culture of accountability, agility and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science. Masters in Project Management, Technology Management, or MBA (preferred).

· Experience: 10–15 years of proven delivery experience in large-scale software development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or strategic delivery role.

· Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe Agilist / CSM / ITIL — strongly preferred.

Primary Skills:

· Delivery Governance: Expertise in managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and global project rollouts.

· Technology Fluency: Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices) and product architecture to make informed technical decisions.

· Agile Mastery: Experience implementing and scaling Agile and Hybrid models across globally distributed teams.

· Business Acumen:



Ability to connect technology deliverables to business outcomes, customer success and strategic growth.

Optional Skills

· Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Exposure to RFP/RFI processes, estimation models and customer solution workshops.

· Data & AI Exposure: Understanding of how delivery intersects with data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML integrations.

· Cross-Domain Exposure: Working knowledge of BFSI/Insurance regulations, HealthTech compliance (HIPAA), or Real Estate systems.
