nThe Role

nWe are looking for a Product Operations Support Specialist to join our fast-paced and innovative environment.

1. The role will focus on supporting customer onboarding by configuring digital documents, troubleshooting product-related issues, managing data, and ensuring smooth customer workflows.
n
2. The role requires strong Advanced SQL skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to investigate and resolve operational and data-related issues.
n
3. The successful candidate will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Integration teams to deliver accurate and effective customer configurations.

nResponsibilities

n

- Configure and manage customer documents within our document-signing platform, PandaDoc, including the manual setup of customized fields.
n
- Configure customer document templates, assign them to relevant teams and sections of the platform,



and enable additional features as required.
n
- Perform advanced SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate configurations, identify discrepancies, and support troubleshooting.
n
- Analyze data using SQL to identify root causes of product, workflow, and integration-related issues.
n
- Perform data checks and reconciliation using SQL to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
n
- Assist with additional manual account setup, product configuration, and operational tasks as required.
n
- Document recurring issues, identify process improvements, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

nWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

nWorking Days: Monday to Friday

nTransportation: Drop facility available for female employees

nBudget: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA

nNight Shift: One day per week. Employees will have the option to work from home during the night shift and will receive a ₹1,000 night shift allowance for each night worked.
