Role Description The Technical Operations Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day operational activities related to deployment and maintenance of Tarko’s computer vision systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, coordinating issue resolution, documenting processes, and assisting with implementation tasks under the guidance of senior team members. The associate will interact with customers to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.



The role also involves collaborating with internal technical and product teams, preparing reports and dashboards, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational workflows.

- Strong Operations skills, including process coordination, documentation, and task prioritization.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret system data and identify patterns.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and clear follow-through.
- Comfort working in a hybrid workplace based in Gurugram, with the ability to manage both onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Basic technical aptitude or familiarity with technology-enabled operations; experience using Claude for tasks, manufacturing, industrial automation, or SaaS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a structured yet fast-evolving environment, with attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
