3. Customer relationship for day to day quality and delivery issue
4. Supplier and vendor followup for new development activities
5. Inhouse technical support for ongoing projects

6. New product costing

7. Periodically price revision

Authorities

1. To submit the costing to customers
2. Decide the RM price with customer
3. Approve the recent developed part quality and price
4. Take decision on supplier payment schedule
