Title and Summary

Associate Product Management / Fund Management

The Associate, EEMEA Fund Administration provides senior leadership with
execution support on administration, reporting and control framework for
Mastercard’s Asia Pacific Market Funds portfolio.
The role owns FundApp governance, fund administration, approval evidence, audit
readiness and process standardization across EEMEA region. The role partners
with Country Managers, DFOs, Country Finance, FP&A;, Controllers, Legal,
Regulatory, Services, GBSC Accounting and Business Owners to ensure fund




activity complies with Fund Policies and Procedures, including approval
requirements and control expectations.
Role
• Execute the EEMEA Fund Administration function and drive a consistent
operating model across EEMEA markets.
• Ensure execution and adherence to the governance processes for fund approvals,
committee operations, reporting, controls, evidence retention and escalation.
• Oversee FundApp data quality, including initiative setup, forecasts, flex
codes, approvals, status updates and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate fund committee meetings, prepare materials, document decisions,
track actions and maintain auditable records.
• Coordinate with regional and divisional stakeholders for updates on Fund
collections and spending (planned and actual) for semi-annual Regional Steering
Committee meetings.
