About the Team
The Technology Solutions Infrastructure organization designs, builds, and operates the foundational platforms that power Williams-Sonoma, Inc. across corporate offices, retail locations, fulfillment operations, and customer-facing digital experiences. This includes compute, storage, virtualization, enterprise tooling, observability, networking, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
The India Technology Center plays a critical role in supporting global infrastructure operations through operational engineering, platform reliability, automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives. The team partners closely with global engineering organizations to improve operational scalability, platform stability, and engineering efficiency across enterprise technology platforms.
About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Operations will lead operational engineering teams within the India Technology Center responsible for Windows, Linux, storage, enterprise tools, virtualization,



and infrastructure platform operations.
This role combines technical leadership, operational governance, engineering execution, automation enablement, and people management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced infrastructure engineering leader with solid enterprise infrastructure expertise, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
This leader will help scale modern infrastructure engineering practices focused on reliability, automation, observability, and end-to-end platform ownership. The role will work closely with global engineering leaders and peer teams to establish consistent engineering standards, operational governance, technology roadmaps, and execution practices across geographically distributed teams.
